      On November 10***** I had accident. I send my car to central autu body to fix the damage . I drop it my car to the shop on November 20 ***** . The insurance adjuster checked the car with the shop owner and tolled him he need to replace all damage part and he send the estimate to the insurance for $7702 and the insurance paid the bill and the adjuster described to me all the damage and what the part need replace . On December 16 the shop called me to pick up my car and my car ready . I want the shop I checked the car i found the shop he not replaced the part but he fixed and painted when I spoke with the owner he said I fixed your car and I cant do anything about that. When I showed him the estimate he send it to the insurance he started screaming and yelling at me and he try to fight with me. The part the insurance pay to him to replace it he not replaced he just fixed and painted. I refunded to pick up the car and his partner he told me to come back Tuesday to pick up the car but without replacing the parts. My car looks bad right now.

      I am sorry to hear ************* is un happy. The contract I have with ************* allows me to repair the car according to my best judgement and for the amount of ,money available from the Insurance company.  On occasion some parts are refurbished or rebuilt for a number of reasons including cost containment . The insurance appraisal was written at $42.00 hr for retail labor. Obviously that is not an accurate cost of labor.  I would like a third party to evaluate the quality of work and if there is a problem I will address it. By the way We were also having a communication issue (language).

      Attached is an estimate provided by the consumer.  The consumer has stated that this estimate is for work that still needs to be performed in direct relation to the accident on 11/10/22 after Central Auto Body performed the original repairs.

      I am not sure how to explain this, but the work we performed is on our receipt and agreed to by customer with his signature. This concept might sound unbelievable to you and most people . The law does NOT require me to fix a car according to an insurance appraisal.  We are willing to take car apart and review all of the work we did and address any issues.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      First, I refused to sign the receipt he talked about. And I will send this receipt and the estimate to the *** to get answers which one is correct . The $88 or $45 . Second, if I accept to send my car back to your place, how many days will take to fix it? How will pay me for the wage losses? As you know this my business (Uber) And how will pay for car rental?. Third , how you need my to trust you again and you not fixed the car right away in the first time. Fourth, Im not feel comfortable to go back to your shop and I will be worry about it . Finally, I prefer to fix my car to third ************* pay me back for the repairs. As the the estimate from the third party I asking you to pay $ ******* to finish this complain.
