Date: September 15th, 2022 (Account charged on September 19th, 2022 at 10:32AM)Amount Paid to Worcester University State Bookstore (Corporate: ******* ****************** $254.87 for Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps - STE ESD Nature of Dispute/Business Response: After purchasing Adobe Creative Cloud on September 15th, I received an email stating digital goods would be delivered within 24 hours after the purchase. I checked my inbox, spam folder, and trash every morning and night ($254 is a lot of money), and they still have not arrived. Yesterday I emailed the bookstore about the matter with screenshots, receipts, email history, and everything I could get my hands on. Today, I received an email response essentially gaslighting me about my receiving of the goods on September 19th by a "*****************************," who I've never received an email from and whose name was first mentioned on my Gmail today (September 26th, 2022). This establishment still has not resolved the problem, instead of acting like I don't understand technology. I'll upload all of the supporting documents I included in my email. Somehow, it isn't enough proof for them, and they cannot send me screenshots of the email, the digital information to see if it was stolen and registered to someone else's account, etc. Worcester State is known for gaslighting, and I know if they can make $250 off of an unsuspecting student, they would.Business response

We reached out to the software provider who sent the software to the customer and they confirmed it was sent to her in an email on 09/19/2022, The software provider then sent the same email again to the customer and the customer has confirmed that they did receive this email today 10/14/2022. We do not know why she did not receive the first email or if it was over looked and thought to be spam or junk email do to it did not come directly from the *** Bookstore but from the software provider who we are following up with. I will follow up next week with the customer to make sure the software is working correctly.Customer response
