3/24/22 i placed an order for business cards and paid a $15 downpayment out of $40. I gave them my personal phone number along with email in order to contact me about my cards. After no response, on 4/5/22 I called Park Print to see what is happening with my order and to ask why i wasnt contacted. They lied and said they did. On 4/6/22, we emailed back and forth regarding my business cards. They sent one with pictures of the card before printing. I sent one back with a revison. They sent one back asking if i wanted UV coating. I sent one back saying if it is included, absolutely. I never told them to print and never received another email or received any phone calls ever again. I visited one day to see what was going on and they had no idea what happened to my order and helped every other person who came into the shop but me, so i left. Before leaving, they told me that an employee (***) was gone for 2 months and that he was the one i was most likely in contact with, but they had no idea. 5/18/22 I went back to the store after not receiving any phone calls on my personal or work phone, or emails. I asked if i could use my $15 credit and buy receipt paper with it. The old woman claimed she could and entertained the idea after looking for my business cards for 10 minutes, rummaging around her office and literally pushing piles of papers off of tables onto the floor. Later that day she emailed me saying i would need to pay off the remaining balance of the business cards before buying anything else. She claimed i gave approval but i did not and she lied saying she called me and emailed me but has no proof of anything claiming her phone and computer are too old for that. I have the emails and all phone call logs if needed. I visited her in her store to ask if she meant what she said in her email and about her obvious lies of contacting me and calling my work phone and she said "well what are you going to do about it". So i am sending this report as a response.

This is complete fiction. This gentleman came in to order business cards. We require a $15 deposit to cover the time to design them. I designed a business card and emailed it to him. I have the chain of emails. I ordered the cards and never heard back from him. This was in early April. Then last week he comes in, with business cards he must have ordered somewhere else. Denied ever ordering any cards. Demanded his $15 be used to design a form. **** said we would, even though I felt like he already used his deposit on the cards he refused to pay for because he went somewhere else to get some. We designed the form and never heard back from him again. I heard the conversation with **** from my office. He is probably confused because he was so loud and belligerent he never really seemed to be listening to anything anyone tried to say to him. She totally agreed to do his form and told him we would have a sample. The next correspondence from him was this complaint. Despite the fact that we were not obligated to do any further work for him, we did it anyway. Check our ratings across social media etc, it is very close to 100% positive. As you can see by the fact that I, ***, am answering you I am clearly not out for 2 months he just doesn't listen when a woman is speaking to him. At no point was anyone rude to him, and nobody said "what are you going to do about it". There are 2 witnesses to this exchange besides ****. His attitude and demeanor was enough that after he left I had to go outside to take a break despite the fact I didn't even deal with him directly. Sometimes, despite our best efforts, some people cannot be pleased.

      Thank you for your consideration.
