January 10, 2022 I hired Patchmasters Drywall Repair to repair some ceilings in my home. On January 19th I was told the work was done, so I inspected when I got home and found some issues. I could still see the tape on the ceiling, there was an area that was not sanded properly which gave an appearance of a crack, and the next day an almost 90" crack/seam was exposed which means they did not tape, joint compound and sand that whole area. I sent pictures, videos and a text to Richard the owner and he assured me that if I paid he will return to fix the issues. A month went by and he never reached out to me to schedule the repair. I finally text him and he said he would "come next week." Well next week has now ended and he did not come nor did he reach out to say he would need to reschedule. For $4,540 job this is not satisfactory work! I also told them not to joint compound the edges because I did not want to repaint the rooms and I would just throw up some trim. Well, they so sloppily painted my ceiling that I have to now put trim and repaint! For all of that, I would of had them just do the edges.Business response
