I am fortunate to have never filed a claim. Nonetheless, the detail provided in how to file a claim, the detail of what is covered (and not), the price I pay (much lower than the 'big three' of insurance), I feel very comfortable that should anything ever happen **** it not), I'll have no issues.The Hanover Insurance Group Response

This company is horrible to work with for homeowners claims. They are unreachable. They will not return phone calls or emails. The turnaround time for a claim has currently been a month and still waiting!! Once this is resolved, I will be canceling all of my bundled policies with them.The Hanover Insurance Group Response
