Was sold damaged discarded ************* as new. Purchased 3 cubes of brick ( ~ 589bricks/cube). One cube was of broken and damaged discarded brick from another job, repackage and sold as new. The bricks were badly chipped with no chip pieces to found anywhere within the cube, which is a clear indication the bricks had been damaged somewhere else and then repackaged without the chipped pieces.Business response

We sold the customer **** brick on 7/14/22. The brick were new,never used, and still in the original factory banding (can provide pictures). We received a call from the customer on 8/28/22 stating that there were damaged brick in the cubes. We asked for photographs and explained to the customer that we could exchange the brick if necessary. Upon receiving the photographs we acknowledged that , although fairly common with this brick, there were some that could be exchanged. The imperfections shown in the customers photos are the same imperfections shown in our physical display in Worcester. The customer explained that they had used the brick and was looking for a refund . We reiterated that we would exchange any damaged brick but the customer said this was not a solution. We feel we have made an honest attempt to resolve this issue for the customer.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
The bricks were clearly broken before being packaged as shipped to the site. The home owner is ignorant, someone at Camosse played on that knowledge in the hopes of getting rid of inferior product at a premium price. Which they did! But the ***** knew, and knows. Shame on Camosse.

The bricks were installed with labor expenses increasing to remove and replace. Looking for labor reimbursements. Plus material.
