I signed up for coaching sessions with Conversations With Intent on January 12th, 2023. I paid $1,500 for coaching services with a schedule to meet every other Tuesday from 10-11:30 a.m. After 4 sessions, I felt Conversations With Intent was not bringing any value to my business and I asked to be refunded for our remaining 3 sessions (I at first thought we only had 2 sessions remaining, but after looking at the calendar and referencing my paid invoice, it's 3 sessions). Upon politely asking for a refund for these remaining 3 sessions, totaling $750, Conversations With Intent refused to refund me, stating it's not in his policy, yet I have no paperwork stating my payment was non-refundable. Conversations with Intent owes me $750 for coaching sessions not completed and I would like to be refunded my money. I have a paid invoice and emails that show our coaching sessions were cancelled and three remain.
