  We hired Mold Maids in February and now going on 3 months and work has not been completed. ****** only works when he feels like it and on his hours, not the customers. He would tell us he would be at our house and never show or come really late. We had told him that we wanted him done by 5pm every night. He would show up at 3PM which never gave him time to work. My mother is 78 with recent hip fracture and goes to bed early, and is stuck sleeping on couch which isn't good for her. He told us to go to hotel because he usually works at night, he never told us this when we hired him. Then he said it was more work than he expected, but he came to our house many times and looked at the work that had to be done. We never knew he only had 1 helper either. All you get when you call him is excuses and lies. He also damaged our property and I have pictures. We finally fired him!!! He took all the insulation that we purchased, which he agreed was ours, that we paid for it from the initial payment and the EZ-Breathe Machine. He told me he was writing up a bill and I said I wasn't paying it to take me to court. I had already given him $7000.00 and an additional $1200.00 for extra ventilation in the attic, he never showed me the work or receipts. He came into my house without permission and took the insulation from us and the EZ_Breathe Machine. We want a refund of some of our money and for all the damages done to my house. This company is a joke.

  I hired Mold Maids to detect and remove mold in the basement of my home at * ******** **, Shrewsbury. The initial quote given to me was $2850.00 to which I negotiated $150.00 which brought it down to $2700.00. I also provided 50% down ($750 of $1500 total price) for Easy Breath Unit to be installed in the basement. Following are payment Dates: 12/4/21 - $1550 by check (Include 50% down for Easy Breath Unit) 12/11/21 - $1000 Cash 12/16/21 - $900 by check I was told that the unit will be delivered in 6 weeks but Mold Maids kept on pushing the date back. I informed mold maids to cancel the order of Easy Breath Unit on 12/20/21 after looking at the unsatisfactory and not convincing work they did for mold cleaning. I have tried to reach out to Edward K****** numerous times and all I hear is excuses from him. At last he said he will not return the deposit for Easy Breath Unit.
