I purchased a $100 online e gift card for a friend in July. My friend was unable to redeem the gift card in August as the gift card was purchased for the wrong location. Contacted 2/3 of the locations and spoke with the manager on duty at both locations who informed me that they wouldn't be able to provide me with a refund. The second manager on duty told me to contact the owner but couldn't provide any way to reach said owner.Business response

We are responding regarding the complaint through the better business bureau. E-gift cards are purchased through a third party. There may be a glitch with the system with the e-gift card number. Please call e-gift card services at **************** with your order number to ensure the e-card number is valid in order to redeem.
Our company policy states that gift cards are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-negotiable. We thank you for your understanding and apologize for the inconvenience.
