On 9/14/23 I went to postal plus one to mail box to ********** in the ******************. The store owner packaged the box and listed the items. He priced the each item. The box is not getting released because not all items are listed and price. *** is not releasing the box. I have paid over $300Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: The issue is with *** AND POSTAL 1 plus because the postal plus did not write , did not list items monetary value, did not list ALL items being mailed. Custom wants a list of all items in the box. Postal plus did not list all items.Thank you,

A claim was opened with ***, the issue was with Customs in the ******************, a package cannot be released by customs in the ** until the sender has paid the duties and taxes.Customer response
