      We purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee 2011 89000 miles Chris told us the Jeep was completely ready for purchase 16000 dollars and I've had problems every month since I've had it bad tire n it wouldn't pass inspection Then on second month 500 bucks it cost me plus 100 tow for power steering pump . Then week later transmission went n they wouldn't pay to fix properly so they put fluid in it n filter which made it run for 2 weeks And wouldn't take car back only made 2 payments n new it needed a transmission n knowly let me drive the Jeep off their repair shop knowing it needed a transmission! OUTRAGEOUS I did reach out to him again and left messages w no reply !! I would be happy with him paying 2000 out of the 4000 for new transmission. He knew transmission was bad because he called interstate transmission to help him but didn't want to pay to fix my Jeep properly! Ty Kathleen K******

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/12/31) */ Contact Name and Title: Chris Goodnow Contact Phone: *** *** **** Contact Email: ******************************* On 8-31 2021 Alexi K****** purchased a 2011 jeep for 14,900.00..We showed her we spent 1453.00 on the safety check and 1 tire was also replaced at no cost to her another 305.98 Warranty was fully explained that it was a 30 day safety related warranty--Power steering pump went after 2 and half months , out of warranty but i still discounted the work at my Service Dept..She called on December 9 2021 and said she felt a hesitation and wanted us to look at..We did and did a full Transmission service for 382.92 and she said she was going to get rid of the vehicle at another dealer--I paid for the Service 0f 382.92 even though she never complained for 6000 miles about the vehicle having a Tranny issue.. out of good will I paid the bill..We have her on tape at my service department stating that--Now on December 30 2021 she called and left a message ( we kept the voice mail ) that she knows its at of warranty but could i help a little with repair..I personally called her back the following day which was December 31 at 945 am..She said she brought it to Interstate Transmission for 4000.00 dollars they would repair..So she has lied about Telling us it had a Tranny issue from 2 months in, and she also lied about me Chris Goodnow not returning calls..So I called for the first time Interstate transmission to see if it was a Tranny and this was today December 31 2021 so another lie because i never knew the vehicle was there until today December 31 2021..I talked to her today December 31 2021 and told her once the call me back from interstate lets see if my Service Department can save money and i will try and help--She was all nice and thanking me earlier today and now she starts a complaint on me..Not sure i want to do anything at this point..This customer has been caught in 3 different lies all ready and who knows what is next-We have everything documented and wit h these false accusations against my dealership we will wait for Interstate to call me
