We used Ultimate Driving School for my son’s drivers ed. He completed the class portion but was told he had to complete 20 hours of driving with his parents before he could do his six hours of driving. We called in February 8 and received a voicemail message about the business being closed and two email for a refund. We emailed the same day and followed up again on February 12. We received no follow up.Business response

The email account access was locked out of for some time. I was able to get in the email account and send the refund instructions to the parent today. She should not have any problems moving forward with obtaining her refund from the surety bond company.

The surety bond information has been shared & this is now out of our hands. I hope that the surety bond company can issue a speed response for the refund.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because I am still awaiting the refund from the bond company. Once I receive the refund payment, I will accept. I have begun the process with the bond company and hope to see something soon.
