My vehicle was totaled,so I cancelled the exstended vehicle service contract,I presented all documents requested to the dealership where purchased and they were to forward documents to ********** which was done,I talked to ********** and was informed that they had completed the request and sent it back to the dealership,I spoke with Don K*** and was told that the rebate check wouldn't be released for another 8 weeks,,all documents and payoff of the vehicle was sent along with the request, my concern is why are Boyle buick holding up sending me my check when all documents and payoff are in their possession,the terms of the contract was expiration 7-22-22 or 70,000 miles whichever come first, the purchase miles were 48,361 at the time of total loss the mileage was 57,000,the service contract no: 15612707 the vehicle vin no *****************, my question is why are Boyle Buick holding up sending me my check,Thank you,****** *****, according to ********** all paperwork was forwarded to boyle buick 11-18-21, at which Boyle buick was to pro rate from the time of purchase until the time of total lost and forward the pro rated balance to me ,again Dan K*** of Boyle buick stated that the check would not be released for another 6 to 8 weeksBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/12/09) */ The dealership received the funds from the extended warranty company on 11/22/21. Funds are held until full verification of payoff to the lending company. A check was cut today 12/9/21 and mailed to the owner for his refund.
