had to order a part for my LG fridge, the LG website online customer service gave my the phone number to order my part where I was connected to Donny ****. He quickly figured out what happened and what part I needed for my fridge model. The call was so quick, there was no wait time, and donny was able to clarify and help me very quickly. he was very nice. not a headache at all. highly recommend and I hope he is having a great day, lol.Review from David S

Was directed to this company by *** after my television broke 40 days out of warranty. I found the part and purchased it, and part of that purchase agreement was sending back the broken part for a refund. After receiving and installing the part I requested a return label for the core and they refused to send me one, saying I needed to send them more money first. I asked where in the policy or purchase order did it state the customer was responsible for additional shipping, that we had a purchase agreement which included a core return. They refused to answer my question and after multiple points of contact sent me to a page on their site. That page again provided no indication that core shipping was customer responsibility. I would have saved money and time if I had purchased elsewhere.Review from Phillip G

Ordered a part through ** for freezer. The part was damaged when received with no shipping box damage. After multiple phone calls and email with picture sent, no response was given on issue. (Spam folder was checked also). Tried to get management involved with no luck. Still have broken part with a perfect box for shipping! .
