Since April 2021 I have been trying to resolve a billing issue. My 96 year old father who lives in assisted living facility in Burke, VA was incorrectly dispensed a medication and charged by Omnicare. This medication should never have been ordered or dispensed, and I still have it. Despite multiple phone calls and attempts at getting the charges negated, he is still receiving a bill approximately every two months. Each time I have called I was told it would take 2-3 billing cycles to remove the charge but he is still continuing to receive requests for payment. It takes hours to call the customer service line, they look at the history of my calls and then tell me it will take two or three additional billing cycles to remove the charge. I have documentation of each time and each person that I spoke to, it's never the same customer service rep or supervisor. I just want a letter or a bill showing a zero balance due.
