My car was stalling, wouldn't go in reverse, sometimes wouldn't go forwards until it sit for a while, couldn't get over a 2 inch speed bump, I put it in Robert's shop he test drove it and told me it needed the transmission fluid changed I paid him $150 for labor, spent $120 for transmission fluid at the Nissan dealer, the same day I picked my car up it did the same thing, I took it back to him a week later, this time he test drove and said the transmission needed to be replaced he ordered it put it in ,the Same day I got it out the shop ,it did the SAME EXACT THING, I called him he said it needed to be reset by the Nissan dealer, I took it to Nissan and the same day, they charged me $135 and told me they couldn't fix my car because Roberto's shop had broken something while changing the transmission, I let the Nissan mechanic speak to Roberto, they explained to him that they broke my car, Roberto got smart with them,the he said he's not fixing my car or repaying me, they left parts hanging of my car,parts where laying in the bottom that should have been put back together ,they put the battery in wrong, they are the only ones who work on my car,now he's saying it's not the transmission, so that means there was nothing wrong with the on he took out cause I still have the same problem, I tried to work with him but he just said he don't know what to tell me but he can't reimburse me, the transmission was $1,700 ,labor $ 700 ,the people he ordered the transmission from said Roberto is the only one who can return it, I told him if he didn't fix my car I was calling a lawyer he said he doesn't care if I call ***** ****** ""
