I had found a Catalina 34 I wanted to look into purchasing . It was with Jim ***** @ Classic Yachts LLC in Des Moines WA. I arraigned to have it hauled out and surveyed at a cost to me of approximately $*****. I then gave Mr ***** a $****** deposit an explained I would have to sell some cars to come up with the rest of the money. He said he understood , and I went to work to come up with the rest of cash needed. I called him Monday and told him I had only come up with an additional $****** would owner accept that . The owner could not come down and so I can not purchase. Mr ***** then informed me of a two month dock fee that would come out of my check? Nothing on the sales agrrement about two month dock fee charge ? Mr ***** upset that I could not come up with the money ( as am I ) and wanting to punish me more ? Can the BBB please compel Mr ***** to comply with WA State law and return ALL of my $****** deposit.
