I placed an order with Fourever Lane on august 22, 2023. My order totalled $470.21 Canadian for 5 items. On August 30, 2023 I finally received an email that only PART of my order had shipped via ***-only 3 of the 5 items had shipped. Then finally on September 13 I receive another emailed that one more item has been shipped via usps and then finally the last item shipped on September 18. First of all as a company shipping to Canada they should be shipping everything in ONE package because I have now had to pay brokerage fees on two packages. The first package with the three items arrived and the package sent on September 18 arrived However the package sent on September 13 has yet to arrive. In order to file a dispute with usps about a lost package it needs to be filed by the company who sent the package. The tracking on my item has not updated since September 18 it is now November 11, the package is obviously lost. I have messaged the company on multiple platforms, sent them multiple emails and continue to be ignored by them. When I tried to follow up with USPS myself they said they never received the package so I question whether they even shipped my item to begin with. The item I am missing was the most expensive item in my order and also the item I was most looking forward to receiving. The cost of the item was $82 USD which amounts to around $115 Canadian. The item is no longer listed on their website so I would just like my money refunded.
