- Our website was hacked which threw off our emails. - Our web developer rebuilt our site. - We hired a 3rd party IT company (ICSI) to assist with getting emails on track. - They tried to bill us $6K for work that was incomplete. I did not pay as they did not provide backup or get the emails back up and running. - We went back to our old IT person, (Andrew with BL Technical) who has revamped his business and only does contract work and he was happy to help as we worked together for 10 years. - He got emails fixed by working with Mailjet and charged us $554. - I went to Office 365 to set up a new employee and realized I was removed and had no administrative access. - My husband, the owner tried, and he too was removed. - Andrew tried and he too was removed. - In conversation with Microsoft today they disclosed that Tyler with ICSI made himself the global administrator and removed our credentials. THIS WAS NOT A CHANGE REQUESTED OR AUTHORIZED BY US. - ICSI refuses to help. I am locked out of my own account.Business response

On December 1st 2022, ICSI and Party Plus agreed to the following: Party Plus agrees to the following: 1) Party Plus and its employees/owners agree to drop all claims against ICSI/Annapolis GEEKs and will not pursue any matters further 2) Party Plus understands that ICSI/Annapolis GEEKs actions were to prevent further compromise of their account 3) Party Plus will stop calling and emailing Consumer Response /* (2000, 12, 2022/12/20) */ We reached a resolution with this company. Please close the case as satisfied.
