      I purchased a new motorcycle from Rommel Harley on Sept 14th 2021. At the time of purchase I was told that I could bring my motorcycle in for parts to be installed the next day, I took the bike back as instructed and waited about 4 hours before checking in on the status of the install. To my surprise I was told they had no parts and nothing was started. No one bothered to call me , ( I was on vacation at the time as well and had to sit in a public setting while I waited.) I made numerous phone calls that day to see why this happened. No one would answer the phone , I ended up having to go back to the dealer that evening and spoke with Tony Santiago who told me that he would have the bike picked up and delivered back to me after parts were installed and refund me all parts and labor for the inconvenience this caused during my vacation. I agreed and asked Tony to put this in writing before I left which he did. They have still not refunded my money after giving my bank account info.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/10/15) */ There was an internal error on the refund calculation of the parts and labor that were financed in Mr ******' deal which resulted in the delay in processing the refund. As soon as the error was corrected, the refund was processed and submitted via wire transfer (attached) to the bank account Mr. ****** provided. Mr. ****** was notified and confirmation of the wire transfer was provided. Rommel HD received a confirmation email (see attached) from Mr. ******' wife acknowledging the wire transfer confirmation. Additionally, as a courtesy to the customer and a token of our sincere apologies for the delay, Rommel HD has credited the customer's account for a free service, pick up and delivery of the bike they purchased. (see attached) Consumer Response /* (2000, 7, 2021/10/15) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) Problem was resolved soon after filing complaint.
