              around november/december 2021 i took my car in to get the airbag replaced and the steering wheel module and signal switch fixed after that my horn stopped working i noticed it straight away and called them nicole answered and told me she will be noting that and i can comeback anytime to fix it i went in today and they said that its not their fault and if i want i can get fix and diagnosed and i will be responsible for the charges even though it's not my fault the horn was working before i dropped the car off and when i picked it up it didn't they will not claim responsibility for their mistake this is not the first time i've had problems with them i sent my car in with AAA and they said they never received it even though AAA said it's there i went to the dealership myself to look for it myself and as soon as i got there they said oh we found it and all they said oh sorry for the miscommunication. now i have to pay around $300 to get fixed because i have an inspection coming up and it has to be done, shouldn't be held responsible for this it is not related to my car being old it was fine before they touched it now its not i want what i'm going to pay to get it fixed back and an apology
