Purchased 3 16oz bottles Carli virgin olive oil. They mailed six 8oz. Flavored olive oil 3 Rosemary & 3 extra Chili Pepper ( which my system can not tolerate) My daughter called and they truly gave Her a very hard time telling Her I ordered it (which is not true) and they will not exchange. Total Cost $79.80 PAID by check.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 16, 2022/01/20) */ I: BBB Complaint Case# 36184669 (Ref#XX-XXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXX-XX-XXX) External Inbox *******************@fratellicarli.com <**********@bbb-email.org> 4:04 AM (8 hours ago) to ************@bbb-email.org CAR/gs Dear Ms. ****, This customer called in stating that the wrong olive oil was shipped to him and that he wanted the regular Extra Virgin Olive Oil shipped out to him asap. The CSR taking the call, accidentally placed a reship order for flavored oil and not the EVOO the customer wanted. When the customer called again and complained about receiving the wrong oil, it was one of our managers that took the call and she explained to the customer that it was a new CSR he was speaking with the first time and that she made an error, and that we would again ship the correct oil asap. She also informed the customer that he could keep the Flavored Oil as a gift from Olio *****. We processed a replacement for the XNU which is what he wanted and we shipped this out with UPS for quicker delivery (1ZE8RXXXXXXXXXXXXX - delivered 12/22) At that point we considered this issue resolved.
