On Nov. 22, 2021 Mid tlantic Water Service install a chemical feed system to treat some issue that I was experincing with my water. 1. I had green stains on my white porcelain zinks and on my shower tiles. 2. I had an oder coming from the guest bath room zink. 3. And the green water staining my white clothes. I was very specific about these issue. A representive from Mid Atlantic came out to do the evaluation and told me I would need a chemcal treatment system and after it they install it I would not have any more issues with my water and the issues. 4 months after the system was installed I have the 3 same issues reoccuring. On several occassions I had requested to speak to the owner with no results. Finally on 5/23/2022 She, Ms. ********* the Owner of the company called I asked her to remove the system because it wasn't doing it's job. She replied no she couldn't do it, laughed and hung the phone up on me. I didn't appreciate that. So that's why I would like to file a complaint with the BBB and hopefully get this issue resolved. thank youBusiness response

Aidan Mid Atlantic Water 800-460-5810 **************************** Business Response /* (1000, 14, 2022/06/21) */ First, I have never laughed or hung up on a customer. All calls are recorded and are available for review. My management team has tried to resolve this issue and they did respond to his home several times for water testing and evaluation. He would not allow our team to go to where he reported the water was staining, only allowing them in the basement. All testing we performed showed that the equipment was working perfectly. The only problem we were able to see was the customer showed us his bird water bowl and it was stained. This could happen for a number of reasons, most likely unrelated to the treatment system. We will continue to monitor his water quality as needed if allowed into the home.
