Job performed July 22, 2023 Paid $496 for ceiling paint job (as part of bigger job) The paint is streaked and uneven. I wish for the ceiling to be repainted. The company refuses to acknowledge that poor job was done. They blame it on the old paint job. The company is rude and dismissive with zero effort to resolve issue.Business response

I disagree that we have been dismissive. My GM, Chris G******, has an email trail. Unfortunately, he is off until Monday. The last communication with Ms. ***** was asking her to meet Chris on the job site (she does not live in the home). He knew the paint would bleed through. He offered to repaint the ceiling but not without her first seeing it so that she would fully understand the condition of her ceiling. She never responded and then paid the bill so we assumed the matter was resolved. We are still willing to repaint but not without her involvement.Customer response
