I installed the water softener at home a year ago in this company Before installation, I exchanged all opinions with the company staff and thought that everything was working normally. Whether the plumbing was connected incorrectly by an employee of the same company who came out for a one-year inspection. I immediately explained it to the boss and asked him to fix it three times. It's been a month and still no comments I hope that anyone thinks a lot and decides before using this company. The idea is that they seem responsible before they get the money, but they change their face after they get the money. They act like they don't know who I am I hope this experience will be of some help to youBusiness response

Dear Representative of the BBBIn response to the aforementioned complaint, I would like to first confirm that the email on file for our business communications with the BBB is the following:

In direct response to *** *** ****'s complaint, National Water Service is deeply concerned by her issue and we would like to resolve this.
Upon researching her complaint, it was found that this complaint was filed under a false name, to attract or mimic the discontent of one bad debt client, ***** **. This client's water softener was installed on August 3, 2020. We returned to drop off softener media for this equipment as requested on December 21, 2021 and returned again one year from the installation date on August 2, 2021 for annual service. No payment has been issued for this annual service call, and this account is currently in delinquent standing as it has been determined that this softener is not having any functional problems. This softener was installed and is currently effective for all intended and agreed upon purposes per the terms of the contract agreed to prior to being placed in service.
National Water Service provides a thirty-day warranty on scope of work done for all installations. The same agreement was extended to ***** **, and he was provided a clear and exhaustive scope of work to be done. This customer's complaint is not backed by any documentation that the scope of work provided was errant to the terms of agreement, and the complaint was filed thirteen months after the date of installation, indicating that the warranty on scope of work had been void for over one year before any issue was brought to our attention. In addition, an explanation of charges is automatically issued with every invoice sent to our clients.
