    I ordered a T-shirt from hoodiecandy.com on 01 October, 2022. I was charged $36.88 (including shipping). I received an email receipt from the company (#*********), but did not hear anything further from the company until 11 October, 2022 when customer support replied to my inquiry (09 Oct) about the status of my purchase. Customer Service responded with: Dear friend, Your order have been shipped out to you on 10/10. Maybe the update is not in time. please kindly track it in **********************************/ with tracking number: ****************************** If you have any additional questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact us. Thank you. Sincerely, Lisa Customer Service I contacted *** eCommerce shipping to gain clarity and *** informed me that while a shipping label had been created, they had not received any such package. I then contacted Customer Service on 17 Oct and informed them that *** does not have my purchase, and again Customer Service responded with: [email protected] 3:27 AM (10 hours ago) to me Dear friend, I am sorry about it. Your order have been shipped out to you on 10/10. I can promise we have sent you the order. it may not be updated in time. I have called the shipping company to update the status soon. Then we will send update status to you. Could you please kindly wait it for some days? Thank you. Sincerely, Lisa Customer Service I find this response entirely unacceptable and require either proof from hoodiecandy.com that they indeed shipped my purchase and a real-time location of the package, or reimbursement of $36.88.

    I am utterly disappointed with the dismal customer service and false promises made by Sporting Goods Plus / Hoodie Candy. My recent encounter with this company has left me with nothing but regret and frustration. Also, THIS COMPANY IS NOT LOCATED IN MD. First and foremost, the product I purchased failed to meet even the basic expectations outlined by the company. The quality was subpar, and it didn't perform as advertised. When I reached out to their customer support, hoping for a resolution or some form of assistance, I was met with indifference and unhelpfulness. What infuriated me even more was the complete lack of accountability on their part. Sporting Goods Plus / Hoodie Candy shamelessly makes promises they clearly have no intention of keeping. All I wanted was my money back. It is disheartening to see a company that prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction. I felt betrayed and deceived throughout this entire experience. It's evident that Sporting Goods Plus / Hoodie Candy lacks integrity and a genuine commitment to standing behind their products. I strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from Sporting Goods Plus / Hoodie Candy. Save yourself the headache and frustration; look elsewhere for a company that values its customers and takes responsibility for the promises it makes. My one-star rating reflects not only the poor quality of the product but also the abysmal customer service and the overall lack of integrity demonstrated by Sporting Goods Plus / Hoodie Candy.
