My husband I contact Serenity appliance repair on December 13, 2021 to have our microwave repaired the person we talk to name was Eric Eric informed us that he could come out that same day to look at the microwave between 12 and 3 PM he arrived at our home around 2:15 PM he informed us that it would cost $450 to repair. He stated that the microwave needed a part called Megatron in addition to two other parts in order to get the microwave working again he said that he would need $350 down payment to order the parts and Would call us when the parts came in we gave him $350 in cash trusting that he would do the job he called us two days later and said that three of the parts were in.We called him a week later to find out what the status was on the parts however we made three attempts on three different days and message went straight to voicemail he never returned our call it is now 29 of December and we have not heard from him we checked the reviews unfortunately after the fact and found that he had done several people the same way taking money and not returning.I hope there is something you can do so that he will not do this to anyone else
