      I paid for a body valve which costed me over a $1000 dollar in March 2022. He denied me to see the receipt for merchandise I paid for and wouldn't let me see old part or tell me where he purchased it at. 2 months later the same problem exist but I wasn't able to successfully get an appointment or a returned phone call until September at which we keep missing each other because of my schedule or his. Well finally I was able to get my van back in there only to find out my transmission has went completely up.

      After my name below I've copied my receipt & response to my concerns about what was taking so long to replace the engine. After all the time this organization has taken I would just like a refund for my $1,800 deposit & my vehicle. The mechanic at the shop said the owner had 2 heart attacks & health issues. He said with him in the hospital and me having a different bank account was holding up the process of a refund. Each time I contacted them they kept saying the owner or his wife would be sending a refund in the mail but I haven't received anything. Vehicle has been there since 05/10/2021

I had not dealings with Mr. **** and the previous owner of the mechanic business. When Mr. **** came to me with the issues about the money owned to him by the previous owner, I did mention to him that he had to get in contact with the person that he discussed with in order to get his refund back. I even went as far as to contact the previous owner on Mr. ****'s behalf hoping that this issue will be resolved. Since then, Mr. **** has been coming to my business, harrassing me and threatening to burn down the shop rather than contacting the person he left his car with. Unfortunately, there is nothing for me to do since I was not aware and not part of any business dealings between Mr. **** and the previous owner. This is the whole story of what happened. Desrol T***** never told me he was the new owner. He said that the owner RJ was in the hospital with heart issues & under chemo therapy. I also had a mechanic tell me that the catalytic converter was missing from the vehicle. Mr. T***** is lying & is a thief. I'm not worried at all about what he's doing because we reap what we sow.

      On June 23, 2021 I brought my car to Auto Stop for repairs under a warranty. To date, October 1, 2021 I have not pickup my car. Every week the owner RJ tell me it will be ready by the end of the week, they're test driving it now, call back tomorrow or this evening, etc. I am tired and have spent over 2,000 dollars on ***** and car rentals. Every time i go to check it's a different story and my car is on the lift not being worked on. I want them to refund the fees I incurred 1 month after they had my car (from June 23 - July 23) and finish my car.

The business and I came to a reasonable agreement.
