I have been a loyal customer at this location for a while. Drive out of my way to go there even. My last visit they dropped the ball and I'm seeking my $100 I paid back. I took my car in for a lightbulb dash warning that wasn't going away even after I replaced the bulbs. PTA calls me and tells me I had the wrong bulbs in and that they changed all of them for me for $100 which I found to be untrue because I pick up my car and the light comes back on when I put the car in reverse. Call PTA, Chris says "oh, we didn't check the reverse lights." But he originally claimed to have changed all the bulbs. Bring it back in and they try to install a new part which doesn't work either. When I went to get that part put in, the mechanic there (Bryan) was very short with me and I had to drag answers out of him that any representative who actually cared about solving a customers problem would just say right away. Long story short: they never fixed the problem and I overpaid for "bulb" replacement that was proven they didn't actually do. I want my money back ASAP.
