    1. I bought my 2007 Honda Civic from ******* *****; the owner of Salem Auto Repair Shop. 2. The car failed to pass MD inspection. 3. I purchased necessary pieces from ************ and ********. I have spent around $500. 4. I went to Salem Auto Repair Shop. 5. Mr. Salem charged me $700 for the labor. 6. Mr. Salem missed to put one of the engine mounts that I have purchased. 7. The car is shaking and vibrating from the day that he repaired my car. 8. I recently changed the oil of my car in another mechanic shop. The mechanic show me that my engine is moving since Salem Auto repair failed to put one of the engine mounts that I have purchased. 9. Salem Auto Repair put my life and MD Resident's life in danger by failing to put this essential part. 10. I contacted ******* ***** after I learn why my car is shaking, vibrating. I demanded $500 from Mr. Salem. 11. He told on the text the followings."I see the video, and maybe you are right." "The worker he change the work for you. We fire him for that mistake." 12. However, he did not settle this issue with me. 13. I recently went to repair shops and they want $500 for this repair and the piece. 14. I do not want to go to Salem Auto Repair. I do not think and believe that they are competent in their shop. 15. I am adding the messages that I have with Mr. Salem. Also, I am adding the Rockauto receipt. 16. I also would want you to investigate how many cars Mr. Salem is buying and selling in a 12 months period. He might be considered an unlicensed dealer. 17. As a dealer, he needs to give his cars with MD inspection. 18. I have spent more than $1300 on this issue.

    1.Salem Auto had a deal to change 5 motor mounts and two control arms on our customer car for 700$ 2.Our worker failed to complete his task. 3.We made contact with our customer. greeting him back to our shop for the right fix. 4.Also our shop offered him the money back for the only motor mount that was missing. 5.We welling to help and solve this problem with Mr. ******** ***

    I am rejecting this response because:

    1. First of all, Salem Auto Repair Shop did not put the part that I have already purchased.

    2. The shop's failure to put one of the engine mount put my life and other innocent people's life in danger.

    3. My car got damaged from high amount of vibration.

    4. I went to **** ********* *** **** ******* and get the car fixed.

    5. Diagnosis of the problem and transmission mount costed me around $400. ($106 for the piece, 236 for the repair, around $50 diagnosis price.)

    6. I have spent a lot of time and energy to fix Salem Auto Shop's mistake.

    7. Salem Auto Shop can send me $400 through ***** to my phone number to resolve this issue.

    I have spent more than $400 for this mistake. This shop puts my life and other MD residents life in danger. I have spent many hours to solve this issue. My car got damaged by Salam Auto’s repair. I want BBB calculate the right amount of damage.
