On 10/22/2022 I submitted an application to purchase a nissan rogue 2016 from scotts auto mart. After researching the USC, the CFR, t he UCC, the Federal Serve Bank Publications and CASE NO. Civ 0038 that there's a reason to believe that the alleged lender is not the Holder in Due Course of the borrower's promissory note and/or may have breached the agreement concerning the alleged loan/debt. CAC creates financial incentives for the dealers and makes it easy for them to add products to consumers loans ex. First automobile services corporations and Phoenix America administrators, Inc. The down payment constitutes all the money that the dealer will receive in the transaction. Thus ideal payment will provision the an acceptance profit margin to the dealer. Title 15 U.S.C. 1692. CAC allows dealer to use CAC software to manipulate data inputs, such as the selling price, loan terms, and add on pro. The dealer can increase or decrease the amount CAC will pay the dealer for the loan. Upon reading the declaration acknowledge I was never give. Full disclosure about signing on any electronic device stated in #4. I was not in physical control of thr keyboard, mouse, orither devices to click a button. I order to collect a debt please provide me the correct information that I owe CAC a debt. I requested an audit on this account bookkeeping. Be advised this is not a refusal to pay. I will require 20 days about 3 weeks to investigate this information
