On July 30, 2021 I made a purchase in the amount of $336 to Baltimore Boat Rental. The company was supposed to provide a rental boat service however, upon my arrival to the designated area for my guest and myself to get on the boat, we were told by Captain Karen that we were unable to board the boat because we had one too many people to board the boat. Although there was more than enough space for my guest and myself. When asked for a refund since we were no longer receiving the services we paid for, Karen informed my guests and I that she wasn't able to give a refund due to the boating policy, but she said we would be able to reschedule at a later date, whenever worked best for us. We respected her policy and said we'd be in contact and left. Upon reaching out to the company a few days ago, they reached back out to me today to inform me that she would not be able to reschedule or give a refund for our boat service. The emails that were sent to me today contradicts what my guests and I were informed on August 8, 2021. I would like for the company to honor what they had initially promised, and/or issue me a refund in the amount of $336. Please note that the website does not provide any information regarding rescheduling of your services. It only indicates that you must cancel within 48 hours prior to recover a full refund. I never asked for a refund initially, just for the service I paid for even if it was for one hour at least I would've got what I paid for. Karen indicated in the messages between us that the rescheduling does not carry on to the next season, however this was not communicated during our initial conversation in person. In fact, she claimed it is policy but it is nowhere on the website. Please see attached supporting documentations.
