In January 23, 2024 I reached out to the headquarters of Canton Carwash to let them know I had visited their Carwash in Whitemarsh about a double charge for my membership that has been happening for the past 11 months. It was verified by one of their Managers "Alec" in their system as caused by a "FALSE ACCOUNT" (Manager's exact words written and attached on sticky note) set up on my same car since 2/13/2023. The main office replied on 1/24/2024 via email with no name attached to it stating that the second account was set-up on the "Express Pay terminal" insinuating that I set it up. Which I did not. I explained that when the car license plate does not read in the line their worker came out and asked for my card to "update" my payment info and must have created it. Either way, you see that you have been double charging me for the same car every month and confirmed it. They offered to refund of only 4 months out of a confirmed 11 month of my money that I was overcharged for OR give me unlimited washes until the end of the day on January 24, 2025. I asked for my 11 month refund of $440(Which should come with interest because they held my money). I will settle for just the additional money they took for 11 months at $39 & 40/month = $400+. Why would they treat a loyal customer like that and risk losing my business when they can see that they did "double charge me every month in their system" for the same car? They should have caught "2 charges to the same account for one car" themselves before now.
