NAME OF COMPANY #1 Chinese Restaurant, 2481 Frederick Ave Baltimore, Md 21223,# 410)233-1546 or 443)234-1411 I placed an on line order to this institution the cofirmation Code ***** Order #XXXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXX, Order placed 24th August 2021 @ 10:54 am Was delivered by Grubhub @11:04 same day My order of Homemade half & half, 2 Vegatable Spring Rolls, & Crispy Orange Flavor Chicken as the entree Total order $21.06 When tried to call back got yelled at because ask to speak to a Supervisor/anager, got hung up on 1st time, 2nd time called got YELLED at stated don't call again because NO Supervisor/Manager. Was complaining how the Spring Rolls was not cooked done or crispy had a Pastety taste to them, plus the entree seemed to have been warmed over then just put the broccoli into the mix and sent to my resident? Ate smalll amount on 1st day, thought maybe better on 2n day just as bad on the second day had to throw all away. Felt was not worth my $21.06. Didn't felt needed to be treated as a customer in this fashion, so requesting an apology, plus refund my the money felt not worth what paid for this food.
