We were playing the slot roulette ( FF3801 ****) on Sunday December 4 2022 around 16h30 ish .We put 20$ cash and 2 cash coupons .On our last spin we win the spin futur . We press play at that moment the roulette was spinning so slow than a message appears on the bottom screen . Saying call the service ,machine out of service .We did the guy came in and reset the machine and said u win 40$ . We never had a real spin so we ask to get a real spin . He refused and say call the supervisor. We did . When the supervisor a women came , she told that she can t do nothing and just accept that we had 40$ and she left after i told her what happen . I talk with another manager from another department that was really kind . He understand our matters about what happen . He try is best to help as he said wasn't his department even after he talk to his supervisor. He call us back and meet us at the bar . He told us to register a complaint at the office right beside the machine that we play .That what we did , She , the women serve me . Told me that no one was available to register our listen to the matter .At this time cause it was Sunday.I fill a complaint on paper and she said someone will call us in 24 to 48 hours No one so far did Can someone answer my concerns Thanks you *********************
