I have sent an email to the webmaster and to privacy department to opt out of the bee and early literacy emails and no one has bothered to answer for unsubscribe me I hit opt out and I stil get them I want to unsubscribe my Email from these even though I signed up years ago I left voicemail for the hosting department of contact information still not heard back I’m tired of the emails opt me OutInitial Complaint

I purchased the KNFB Reader on Dec 29, 2021 and loaded it onto my Android phone. I had two failures when using it. 1) When switching from Manual Picture to Automatic Picture, the app crashed. 2) When scanning a document with normal English language text, 30% of the conversion had non-printable text in it (^). I have been trying to contact the KNFB Reader support team for 3 weeks. I have sent emails and left phone messages. No one has responded. I would like you to return my phone call to discuss these problems.Business response
