To whom it may concern, My name is ****** ********. Phone number is ************. Email address is *******@icloud.com I desperately need your help with the following: My complaint is against R****** Design, which is owned by Glen R. The address is 6144 Reisterstown Road Baltimore Md 21215. Their phone number is ************. I hired them for my kitchen project. I initially gave them $150.00 for Design Agreement in Sept/2020. I also gave them $6500.00 as a down payment for materials, installation charges for countertop and backsplash in Aug/2021. There was no responses to me after initial first few sessions. Also the initial designer, her name is Deanna, l started the design with left. I tried contacting Glen the owner of this facility on several occasions after Deanna left with no responses from him. After continually reaching out to him, l found out in May/2021 Aiden was taking over where Deanna left off. I mention this timeline because it is significant in reference to how everything was handled over time with pricing etc. Long story short, on 9-10-21, Glen called me and stated he had just found out for first time l did not want to use his referred subcontractor- Frank, for labor portion of job. He was using a tone that made me feel very uncomfortable and it was not professional. He was making accusations of all kinds, for one example he stated " You think I'm trying to get over on you." He would not let me explain anything when he asked me questions and continue to cut me off during the conversation. He stated he was revising the contract. I discussed with him l may not agree with any changes during that phone call. This was discussed with Deanna initially about the possibility of my not using Frank who is Glens referred subcontractor, in Sept/Oct of 2020 after her and Glen Sister Brenda told me they do not finance the project, when asked. I was told at that time l could use any subcontractor l wanted and this was stated in the Design Agreement. I also tried reaching out to Glen after Deanna left for several months in between finding out Aiden was taking her place May 2021. Glen never responded to me for months. I also discussed this option with Aiden once he took over. The plan was broke down by Deanna to accommodate options if I decided not to use Frank. To get to the bottom line. I was always transparent about possibility of not using Frank for labor from the beginning and was taken by surprise when Glen called on 9-10-21. I never knew Glen was not informed by his staff concerning this option. Glen proceeded to revised everything, like he said, as he pleased, and I am not in agreement with his actions. I have since asked for a full refund with no response from him. I have emails if you need them. Thanks *** PS I tried going thru the online application but was unable to complete it and could not get thru via phone at numbers listed. Here is a copy of the attempted filing application below:
