      I made payments to Larry for armor on January 31 of 2022 through October 24 of 2022 the **** **** armor was supposed to be overnighted in time for Halloween of 2022 the Armour was never shipped for another year i finally received a small portion of the items NOVEMBER 9th 2023 after battling with him for a whole year. the pieces that came were broken and the paint was damaged he agreed to take them back which you will see in the text and agreed to refund me also included in the text this was November 16, 2023 to help him out i even said i would take 1400 back instead of 2100 and i still don't have anything. I have proof of payments and text conversations with him. finally after multiple years of being run around i am trying get help

      March 25 2022 I purchased a custom iron man suit from this seller on Ebay. After months and multiple emails back and forth on when the suit would ship and be done I have been left with nothing. No refund and nothing was ever shipped to me. I requested either a refund or the suit from the so called wicked studios but have been left with absolutely nothing as of today August 23rd 2022. I have absolutely no reason to believe I will ever receive a refund or what I paid for. Especially based off the conversations, rants, and excuses I have been given for the last couple of months.

Before contacting us he contacted eBay to file a complaint messing up our standards in eBay performance. He has been informed he will receive a refund as soon as the suit he ordered was sold. We have a A rating on BBB for a reason. We also have a good rating on eBay. We have communicated with this customer throughout the process. He has become very difficult to work with and come out with the best response to the problem. These suits are custom made from scratch. If a delay occurs more time is required as he was informed several time. He will be refunded once the suit is sold. There is no reason at this point for the suit to not have been shipped or a refund could not have been given. If the suit was really done they could have shipped it. We asked multiple times let us work it it the customer denied or didn't respond. Once the customer stopped contact after demanding a refund. Keep in mind these suits are made to fit the person at hand. It takes MONTHS to make. Once the customer stopped contact and put in a request for a refund. We then took the next step to try and find someone his size to buy the suit. Now that we have a few customers interested we can't take of the market from them. All in hand, he will receive a refund when that is sold. It will be before a months time. Also we do not want to send a suit to someone who has intentionally tried to ruin our small business and a refund will be issued. These suits are to make families and people happy that do special things with them. We don't make alot of extra money from them so we don't have tons of money sitting around to give a refund on a special made item. You will discover there were a few customers that items was late and they stated in the remarks how the main thing is our communication and assured product would be recieved. Once received they then go to explain how great the customer service is. In this business there will be delays. The key is for the customer and the business to work together. They customer refused to do that! People like this should be forbidden to buy items that require time to make because this is the outcome of a difficult impatient customer. He's proof that the refund process has started. The ONLY reason I ended up getting a refund is because Ebay and paypal reviewed my case and forced a refund. Had absolutely nothing to do with wickedstudios. I had to fight for hours on the phone to get anywhere otherwise he would have scammed yet another person out of their money. The amount of time and effort it took just to get a refund for something I never received for 8 months should be a warning to others to never EVER do any kind of transaction with this so called business.

      I originally commissioned this studio to make me a Mandalorian costume from the Disney Star Wars show. It took awhile for me to get my costume & by the time I got half of it, the other half was missing. I already missed my event & sent it back for a refund. It is now a month later and the business still has not refunded me my money despite already receiving the returned package AND they have already sold the product I returned because they told me they did. I search online for anymore info on this company & I've discovered there are a lot of other people who have been scammed by this business. There are pages dedicated to being ripped off by this "company" & I have evidence/testimonials from other people who have been wronged by this company. I am in personal communication with them & the owner threatens me whenever I calmly call him out on his behavior. This has gone on too long & I want justice for his actions.

My business took a huge fall because of problems with covid and other unseen factors. His suit was a custom suit which was hand crafted. Even though he missed his event he still received the suit. He did mail it back to me and on my end out of kindness I told him I would sell it for him. The suit was sold but I never received the money for it as I've been in contact with him to try and resolve this problem. My business is still not fully running but we are trying our best to get back on our feet to close things out like this. It was his seamstress Kate who provided the refund. I haven't seen a dollar from him for my suit. Lastly, he has been constantly making excuses as to why he hasn't refunded me the money & I'm tired of it. He has threatened me multiple times (see the screenshots) & I'm tired of waiting to get my refund.
