I have been buying from this company for a few years now. I love their items! To date, I've bought 5+ sweatshirts, 5+ T shirts, a bag, and a jacket. The service has always been impeccable. Most notably, when my package was lost by the parcel service, the matter was rectified within 24 hours - a new order was sent to me. The employees are kind, the messages are dope, and I feel like I'm being held in community. I'm concerned that sometimes we judge Black businesses more harshly, without recognizing the additional hurdles these businesses face. When my parcel was delayed, I was especially moved by how seriously the company took the issue and took it upon themselves to advocate on my behalf. I say this because I was prepared to give them grace because they are part of my community. Little did I know that I would receive EXTRA care - above and beyond what a mainstream store would provide.Review from Myla E

I've ordered several things from Mess.inabottle and their sister company. The sister company, SheFrom, was much more attentive and easier to work with regarding a lost package. Mess sent the wrong items and takes days to respond. They won't refund money and I'm very disappointed. I try to support Black woman owned business as I have one. I've spent a good deal with them. I won't spend any more and will discourage my family and clients from doing business with them. I can have similar shirts made by a sister locally.

Thank you for the comment. We did everything to resolve this matter even providing you a personal contact number. Yes, the original package was lost with FEDEX and the second package was missing one of the correct messages, but we immediately sent you out a new package. We apologize that you are disappointed, but we do respond speedy to your emails within business hours. We apologize for the MESS sincerely.
