Dr Murphy and Associates's staff is rude disrespectful and abusive they start drama and change prices and what is covered when trying to make payment they asked how much I wanted to pay put me on hold and unauthorized charged total amount Dr K ****** is incompetent and has caused damage to my teeth he did a crown with no root canal and hurts weeks later and using excuse to dismiss The staff makes abusive disrespectful and rude comments and behavior then plays victim and gaslights projects and blames me for cussing them out for being abusive disrespectful rude starting drama then playing victim laughing and being disrespectfulBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 20, 2022/07/27) */ The patient was seen in our office for the first time on May 4, 2022 for a consultation. It was determined that she needed a crown on tooth #18. She also needed her teeth cleaned very badly. The crown was done on May 5, 2022. All fees were our regular fees which, because we participate with Blue Cross, are regulated by them. The patient was seen again on May 13, 2022 saying the tooth was still painful. Dr. ****** examined her but could find no reason. She was seen again on May 24 by a different doctor because Dr. ****** was not in that day who also could find no reason for the discomfort. She was then referred to an endodontist who did do a root canal on the tooth. The patient was disrespectful to everyone in the office. She called us very nasty names. She wanted me to fire people. One of the assistants and hygienist refused to see her again because of her behavior. She accused people of doing things that did not happen. I think she was so nervous and afraid and wanted resolution she blamed everyone for her pain. Everyone did their best to help her thru this. Unfortunately we were not successful. I self referred myself to a Endodontist Timothy Skane after continued pain from Dr ****** DDS billing to be seen for pain when told no charges by Dr Skane and again no charge by Dr Dr. Danziger for pain claiming they saw nothing wrong no infection. When they dismissed me from the practice when I went to make a payment put me on hold then unauthorized took whole payment I self referred myself to Dr Skane Endodontist where not only did I have an infection in tooth 18 the tooth Dr K Michael ****** worked on but also needed a root canal after being in pain for a moth of being told by K MIchael ****** and Dr Csnzigercof nothing wrong it's still healing I also had to be put on antibiotics not intended for tooth infection as their is only one type of antibiotic I'm not allergic too causing great pain emotionally anguish in addition another tooth on other side that Dr K MIchael ****** claimed nothing was wrong Dr Skane endo also found needs a root canal and in causing great pain and have no dental coverage left until next year cannot stand pain Due to Dr K Michael ****** and associates they are causing gray harm to my health and well being The staff was rude abusive and unprofessional and are fraudulent and deceitful in billing practices on their reviews others has had bad dentistry and fraudulent and deceitful billing at K MIchael ****** & Associates LLC this also needs to be investigated by MD board of dentistry
