I placed a call into the Hamilton Family Dentistry Office Located at **** ******* Road ********** ** XXXXX to inquire about possible cleaning for my teeth around 9-17-22. On that call I was told that I could come into their office for the cleaning and there would be a fee of about $100. I asked if there would be anything else require of me whether beit other expenses or documentation for the cleaning, and they told me that the $100 would the cost and to bring forms of I.D. Having dealt with dental offices before, I knew that a teeth cleaning would need more requirements especially for new customers which was the reason of me asking and attempting to confirm multiple times, the reception confirmed and mentioned that I could just simply signup for the $50 monthly plan (which should cover 2 months) with the $100 and everything would be covered in that monthly plan. Once I arrived at the office for the appointment on 9-20-22. I was meant to sign up for the monthly plan and paid initial $100 payment. I asked once again at the office if the appointment would only cost $100? They once again confirmed. I proceeded to have the checkup completed and decided not to have cleaning done with them due reasons. I believed the $100 would cover at least 2 months payment of the monthly which was explained would cover the checkup services. I did not ask for a refund for the $100, I simply asked to close out my monthly subscription after that 2 month. Once I did this, I was sent a bill for the services. I feel I was told what I was told over the phone to get me to the office and signup, The reason of me asking on the phone was to avoid any mishaps like this. The account number is XXXXXX.
