We appreciate all feedback however, this review is NOT factual as we are not responsible when our patrons do not read the information we provide. A welcome email was sent prior to the first day of class and it states in that email, " Please be advised: March 20, 2020, due to COVID, the MVA suspended all in-person classroom and in-car instruction thus creating a backlog. Patience is required as there will be a minimum of 3 months before you all will begin your in-car instruction. We know that this is not ideal, however, just as MVA is backed up 2-3 months with permit/driver skills tests caused by closures surrounding COVID-19, all driving schools are backed up with in-car lessons as well so all parties will need to be patient and understanding during this time. If you have a time constraint or our wait time is too long, we will be more than happy to issue a refund and hopefully another driving school can be more accommodating." I have communicated with the parent of the student via email and we have agreed that the student will get a refund (which has already been received via cash app) and the necessary paperwork to transfer to another program. This issue has been resolved and this poor review is not warranted because again, we provide all pertinent information well in advance and we do not take responsibility when the receiver of that information does not read it. Thank you
