Osaam Foster was referred by NETWORX. I was trying to get an oven plug installed in my basement. Osaam informed me that my circuit box was overloaded, and that I needed a bigger box before he could perform the job. I agreed that he would perform the job and that I could only pay with a credit card. He informed me that his credit card machine was down, but by the time the job is completed, it would be up and running. He scheduled to come Saturday, October 29th, to complete the job. He texted me that same day and said the part came in late and if he could come on Sunday, October 30th. He then texted on October 30th and asked if he could come Monday. He came on October 31st to drop off the part and stated he could not start the job because it was about to be dark and I would be without power for about four hours (which he never stated before). He came back Tuesday and completed the Job. When he was done he informed me his credit card machine was done which left me no choice but to pay via zelle and cash app. After he left, I realized my kitchen outlets were not working and I called him. He told me to press the reset button. I plugged in my Keurig and nutri bullet and started to smell something burning. I tried to power them on; however, they would not come on. I called another electrician the following day. It was discovered that Osaam Foster had 220 voltage running through my kitchen outlets when it was supposed to be 110 voltage. That is why my appliances stopped working. The electrician also took off the box that Osaam installed and informed me that the job was done so poorly and to not plug too many items in at once because is was a safety hazard. He corrected Osaam mistakes, and I was out of $1200. I failed to mention that I paid Osaam $2600 to install the oven plug and replace my circuit box. I informed Osaam of the mistakes he made and how his mistakes destroyed my keurig and nutri bullet. I asked for some of my money back. Osaam stopped responding.
