The above business is responsible for the condo above mine. Their condos tub leaked into my home. Per Maryland law and condo bylaws they are responsible for repairs. They have been unresponsive in my attempts to seek clarity in regards to the repairs. My unit smells of mold and I'm an worried for my health. The lack of response when this is literally your job to respond is troubling.Initial Complaint

Lindsey ******* who owns File Fast Notices offered to help me with a tenant issue I was having and charged me $575 to submit paperwork for me that would help me get a property I own inspected and registered as a legal unit, and to file eviction paperwork for a tenant who was living there and not paying rent. She never handled any of this but has continued to refuse to reimburse me for my payments, which were made via PayPal and Venmo on August 9 and 10, 2021, respectively. I have evidence of the charges and what they were for in my bank records (attached) and text messages between me and Lindsey.
