            I ordered two bundles of hair on February 23rd. I contacted the business owner via instagram about my purchase to see when it would be ready for pickup. I was told to wait for a confirmation email which I did. weeks had passed and I never received an email. I even texted the contact number that was given to check the status of my order and never got a response. so I contacted her again via instagram and was told that I could have been came and picked up the hair but that's not what I was told .so after waiting weeks for the order I requested a refund and was told that would be fine I spoke with her several times asking what information was needed to start the refund process of 230$ I gave her the information she requested and she still has not refunded my monies i recently messaged her again after several attempts since march 20th about my refund and I've gotten no response at all.

            Amanda is a ******* and a *****. Do not and I mean do not book with this person. You pay your deposit and she will deliberately cancel your appointment the day of. You buy hair from her and you will never get it! If you are here that means you had the good sense to read reviews. She told me she sent my money back to me and never did its been months! You
