I received court ordered treatment from Change health systems in Hagerstown, MD. Completed all requirements and did additional by choice. While receiving the services they could not keep employees and it was clear the whole business was just chaotic. About a little over a year after receiving my services through them I was eligible to reinstate my license court ordered that I had to have it back by January 30th 2022 I gave my paperwork to the lady at the office May of 2021 fought with them almost a year for them to comply with signing the paperwork saying I completed my courses. Eventually it got to the point where supervisors at the MVA and my caseworker was intervening trying to get them to comply so that way I did not have to do jail time and violate my probation after calling and calling the woman at the front desk yelled at me cursed at me and accused me of it being my fault that I did not turn the paperwork into her when I clearly did I ended up with a bench warrant had to turn myself in and now I'm looking at jail time because of their not compliance. I had informed her of the severity of the situation numerous times she got a hold of the director as she says and she says that the director refuses to fill out the paper cuz it had been over a year since I had services through them and not once was I informed that I had to be a certain time length that I had to have my paperwork done and my insurance paid for all my courses so they obviously lost all my paperwork and when confronted about the situation in the severity of it, she got extremely disrespectful and could not help me in any type of way other then being very verbally disrespectful. I am a single mom of 3 kids that is trying my best and they have put such strain on our lives for the past year that we lost our house due to not being able to drive to work. They are supposed to be there to help people not tear us down.
