This office’s staff are either under trained or they’re lackadaisical. I showed up for my appointment with the doctor to hear on the day at the appointed time that he’s not in office. No one called prior to. When asked when he’ll be in, I was told, “they hope he’d be here at whatever time and date”. Never happened. I told them I’d like my records as I’d like to receive treatment somewhere else due to lack of professionalism; it wasn’t until I mentioned settling my bill and leaving until the receptionist Adrienne called saying, “oh the doctor said he’ll come in at the requested time to see you”. I then let her know that that wasn’t necessary as I had to call her manager, Janet prior to anyone making any moves. Not only did I try retrieving my medical records to move treatment elsewhere, I was told doing so electronically is not possible. I was asked to come into office to sign a release of information form and was specifically told by Adrienne she would contact me on when to come into office to do so. Again, the ball was dropped as Adrienne never contacted me to notify me of when she would be in office. I took it upon myself to make my way to the office at their time of opening due to my appointment for continuity of treatment elsewhere is quickly approaching. I waited 40 minutes before contacting the manager once more because no one was at the office, past the offices time of opening. Upon speaking with the manager, Janet, she placed me on a brief hold to tell me, “that office won’t be opening until 3pm today”. All these employees do is apologize but never work with a sense of urgency and are never on the same page. I am utterly disgusted at the unprofessionalism I experienced with this business. While I’ve exhausted all options, still no progress has been made on all that I’ve attempted to get done to move on from doing business here. For the lack of better words, please hire more reliable employees, retrain said employees or plainly just don’t operate at all.
