The insurance claim was initially rejected due to improper billing. After numerous requests, the insurance claim was coded correctly and resubmitted to the insurance company for payment. The insurance company paid the claim in addition to my payment. I requested a refund of my previous payments in the amount of $324.93 since October 27, 2022. To date, the check has not been received. Since October, representatives have claimed that I will receive the refund check within 30 days, it is now mid-February, and I am still awaiting receipt of the refund check.Business response

I understand a supervisor has reached out to you and confirmed this information, but I also wanted to respond to your concerns brought to the Better Business Bureau.
