I'm in my late 80's. I purchased hearing aids from Advanced Hearing Group & Michelle O. O. at XXX-XXX-XXXX, several years ago. The tips of my hearing aid are worn and I need replacements. Since March 2020, I have been calling Advance Hearing Group at the above number. Nobody answers the phone. All you get is a voice message. I have left my number but nobody returns my call. I have also sent emails to hearingclinicsofmd.com, but still I get no response. I want the company to return my calls so I can arrange for replacement tips for my hearing aid. FYI, I called this week and last week and still no response.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 11, 2021/10/01) */ ***Document Attached*** See attached response September 30, 2021 Better Business Bureau Case # ******** - ***** ******* With the onset of Covid, Advanced Hearing Group is working with severely reduced hours and staff. We do our best under the circumstances to respond to our patients in a timely manner. We have given email addresses on our phone lines for patients to contact us and monitor those closely. Ms. ******* contacted us in July 6, 2020 letting us know she was having issues with her aid. We were completely closed at that time but were able to service hearing aids through the mail. We asked her to mail the aids, we would repair and get them back to her. She agreed, however, we never received the aids. We did not hear from her again until this complaint. AHG received notice of the BBB Complaint and reached out to patient on 9/27/2021. There was no answer and we were unable to leave a message. On 9/28/2021 we reached out again and spoke with Ms. *******. She indicated she had found another company to work with and no longer required our services. AHG is open in our White Marsh and Annapolis locations and we would be happy to schedule an appointment for Ms. *******. If she continues to choose to see another provider her aids are under warranty with the manufacturer and there will be no issue getting them serviced.
