I am extremely glad to have found Brad D*** on the BBB website. I give him a 5 Star rating. I was able to go to Closing with the current owner within 1 (one) week. Brad's approach is very professional. There is never a high-pressured sales pitch. He is courteous and respectful of you as a person and your time. Brad is highly intelligent and very knowledgeable about the real estate business from your first meeting until the actual closing. You never have to wonder, "what's going on?" He constantly keeps you informed. If you have to contact Brad after business hours, he responds immediately and will take time to give you thorough explanations. My only regret is that I did not contact him first and much sooner.We Buy MD Homes Response
